- Providing high-quality RN care in a range of positions in acute care facilities \n
- Developing patient care plans in coordination with medical staff and patients \n
- Verifying medical histories and interventions and ensuring proper documentation \n
- Monitoring patient outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and the broader nursing care team \n
- Communicating care options with patients and family members \n
- Ensuring that patients receive the appropriate treatments and medications \n
- Ensuring the proper setup and operation of medical equipment \n
- Supervising and training nurses and support staff \n
- Promoting compliance with facility policies and nursing care standards \n
- Assisting with incident investigations and reporting
- \n
- Current New Hampshire state Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact allowed) \n
- 2 years experience in ER, PCU, or Telemetry \n
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program, BSN preferred \n
- Approved BLS and ACLS certification \n
- Immunizations as required \n
- Successful completion of background check \n
- Additional experience and certifications may be required for Med-Surg, ER, PCU, or Telemetry positions
