Summary
INTER-OP is currently seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage a program that provides support to the U.S. Coast Guard, Chief Information Officer Assistant Commandant for Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center. The project involves Consulting support, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Business Process Planning, Process Development, Process Integration Planning, Facilities Planning, Marketing and Communications Planning Services, Life Cycle Cost Estimation Services, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Program Maturation and Recertification, Acquisitions Lifecycle Support, Enterprise Life Cycle Logistics and Engineering Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the government and will have full authority on all matters relating to this contract.

- Perform day-to-day management of overall BPA support operations.
- Oversee cost, schedule, and resource management through industry-standard processes and tools, including Microsoft Project, Visio, Office, and more.
- Ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and including the use of different technologies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries and responsibilities. Interface with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Must be familiar with Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing large Federal programs or contracts.
- Experience with authoring program documentation, including Charters, Reports, Management Plans, Quality Plans, and more.
Qualifications / Experience
- Master's degree in business management, information technology, or engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in performing program management support services for IT and Logistic Programs.
