Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Writing and posting job descriptions.
  • Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates.
  • Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company’s needs.
  • Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
  • Interviewing candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
  • Coordinating with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Participating in conferences and meetups to network with professionals.
  • Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
  • Engaging in hiring discussions with managers.
  • Managing end to end campus hiring.
  • Understanding the dynamics of the diverse groups.
  • Supporting the full life-cycle recruitment of candidates for roles in Budapest, managing quality candidate flow and successfully fill Junior to Director-level positions.
  • Responsible for various regional Recruiting projects including process development and improvement locally and globally through collaboration, communication, and execution.
  • Other administrative and supportive duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources & Recruiting within a multinational company.
  • Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English communication skills.
  • Independent, punctual, and careful working methods with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, organized, and trustworthy team player with a great eye for details.
