We are currently seeking a Talent Liaison to conducts the full life-cycle of employee recruitment, representing Intercept Health as a great place to work and grow. The Talent Liaison actively recruits to fill open positions via social media, job fairs, community events, etc. The Talent Liaison will also oversee the employee referral program.
This position is responsible working closely with our business units to understand their current and future staffing requirements, including staffing levels, locations, and qualifications. They will communication with the Talent Acquisition Manager on the status of open positions. They will also develop and maintain a network of potential candidates utilizing social networks, employee networks, professional organizations, etc. As well as coordinate and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and college open houses as needed.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related discipline is preferred. Comparable sales/customer service experience may be substituted for education requirement. One year of recruiting in a high volume human services or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus. Experience with college recruiting, social media networking is also a plus.
