Intercept Health is seeking a Full-Time Talent Liaison. The Talent Liaison conducts sourcing for employee recruitment, representing Intercept as a great place to work and grow online. The Talent Liaison engages with potential candidates for hire online, in person, and by promoting internal referrals. Reports to Director of Marketing and Communications.
Experience/Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any field preferred. Comparable HR experience may be substituted for education requirement. One year of recruiting in a high volume human services or healthcare recruiting experience a plus. Experience with college recruiting, social media networking a plus.
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Conduct sourcing of candidates online, in person, and via internal referral.
- Work closely with business units to understand their current and future staffing requirements, including staffing levels, locations, qualifications. Communicate frequently with Employee Recruiting System Specialist on the status of open positions.
- Work to identify internal candidates within the hiring manager's business unit and in other business units. Use career-pathing to identify and support internal hiring.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to effectively identify the best talent sources with guidance from the hiring managers and Director of Marketing and Communications.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates, utilizing social networks, employee networks, professional organizations, etc. Coordinate and attend recruiting events such as job fairs and college open houses.
- Represent and promote the Intercept brand and value proposition to candidates, including our mission, values, career paths and workplace environment. Ensure a positive experience for every candidate in every interaction, whether written, by phone, or in-person.
- Post positions using a variety of venues (websites, newspapers, college placement offices, etc).
- Welcome new employees to Intercept, introducing them to our internal referral process and mission, vision, and values.
- Monitor new hire success by regular follow-up discussions, by phone, video, and in-person, to assess employee progress in training and assimilation into their role.
- Conduct periodic check-ins of first-year employees to assess their engagement, and identify ongoing concerns, and encourage them to refer new employees.
