Job Description
We are looking for a team player who is energetic, ambitious, with a can-do attitude. An employment history in the construction industry is preferred, but not required. We offer a stable work environment, plus a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and 401K.
Responsible for the sales of products through maintaining and developing customer relationships within an assigned territory.
Field incoming sales calls and solicit orders from established customers.
Develop new customers through cold-calling and other sales activities, including outside sales calls.
Research and track relationships with prospective customers using CRM software.
Maintain customer records, including communications, purchase orders, inventories, market trends and preferences using ERP and CRM software.
Create quotes, orders, purchase orders, sales contracts, and various other documentation.
Follow up on production and delivery to ensure customer orders are filled in a timely manner.
Resolve customer problems or facilitate resolutions with other departments.
Secure prompt payment from customers and assists with accounts receivable management.
Perform various other administrative duties as required by the company.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP and CRM software is required.
Customer Service/Account Management background in B2B is preferred, but not required.
Proficient in the use of the English language in speaking, reading and writing.
Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels.
Proficient in general telephone and office etiquette.
Ability to apply business math.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must work well under limited supervision.

Type: Full Time - Mon. – Fri.
Salary: $48K-$70K
