Discover an Intake role that makes every day rewarding! Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time non-clinical Intake Coordinator based out of our Manchester, New Hampshire office. As an Intake Coordinator for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll be part of a team that is improving lives through the home-based care they provide. This role is a non-clinical,  in office position. The Intake Coordinator works in conjunction with the Intake Supervisor to provide a centralized intake and client service function in order to gather pertinent patient/client, financial information to optimize sales, customer responsiveness and satisfaction, as well as quality care. Pay: $23-$25/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 830am-5pm

Requirements of the Intake Coordinator:

  • Three years relevant experience in medical services or clinical environment with knowledge of medical terminology, previous intake experience preferred
  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred but is not required
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently with short deadlines
  • Computer proficiency to include current company software
