What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter - PT position at Interim HealthCare Staffing?
Interim Healthcare is looking for temporary assistance with recruitment of healthcare staff positions!
Payrate: up to $35/hr, depending on experience
Hours: PT, 3 days/week. This assignment is for 6 months.
Location: Stillwater, MN
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or directly related field or an Associate degree plus a minimum of 1 year human resources/recruitment experience
- Minimum one year experience in staffing and recruitment
- Human Resources generalist experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A solid understanding and knowledge of employment laws and practical application.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Maintains confidentiality
- Critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be a self-starter and independent worker.
- Ability to establish work priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly, moving recruitment activities from start to finish independently
