What are the responsibilities and job description for the Palliative Care MSW position at Interim HealthCare Staffing?
Interim Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Palliative Care Social Worker to join their team located in the St. Louis Park, MN area. As a Palliative Care Social Worker, you will assist with patients and their families in dealing with life threatening diseases at all stages (from newly diagnosed thru end of life and in-between).
Must be comfortable in providing visits in patient homes, ALFs, LTCF and residential group homes.
*To be considered, all candidates are required to hold a graduate level degree in Social Work and be currently licensed as either a LICSW or LGSW in the State of Minnesota.
Schedule is a .9 (36 hours per week) Monday - Friday. Starting rate is $55 - 60 (depending on experience!)
Coverage area is within a 40-mile radius of St. Louis Park, MN.
