We are the Carolinas’ premier plantscape company, providing interior & exterior plant design, sales, leasing and maintenance to commercial clients. Every year we also deliver holiday cheer by installing beautiful holiday décor for our customers, which include corporate offices, hotels, healthcare facilities, small businesses, and more.
Mission
The mission of the Operations Supervisor is to ensure the smooth installation and takedown of holiday décor across hundreds of client locations, as well as executing special projects in the company’s plantscape division.
We install holiday décor in a 6-week period starting at the beginning of November. You will work closely with the Holiday Manager throughout the year to plan and prepare, then you will be a key leader in the field during the installations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the work of multiple crews installing holiday décor across 4 markets, ensuring all décor is installed and removed according to client specifications
- Maintain updated inventory of all holiday décor: which client order it is assigned to, location in warehouse, preparation status, etc.
- Manage the operations and organization of the holiday warehouse
- Participate in special projects in the company’s plantscape division as necessary. Examples may include installations of plant walls or other projects with unique requirements
- Important: this position requires weekend work between the start of November and early January.

- Handy – you don’t need to be a mechanic, but you’re at least comfortable turning a wrench
- Excellent communicator – both verbal and written; you can take charge of a crew and provide clear instructions; you communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Organized – you have excellent time management and the ability to prioritize
- Experienced with technology – you’re fluent with Office 365, particularly Excel
Other Details
- This is a full-time, salaried position based in Greenville, SC
- We offer PTO, a SIMPLE IRA and performance bonuses
- Travel will be required to and from the markets that the company services, particularly during holiday installations and takedowns
- Candidates will be asked to provide 3-5 references for reference calls
- Background check and drug screening required prior to employment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
