Media Coordinator
Job Posting for Media Coordinator at Intermedia Advertising
Pay range $18 to $20 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
Job Summary:
Manage data provided by affiliates and issue reports to clients.
Essential Functions:
- Manage post log data from affiliates, upload into internal database
- Check data conforms to buy order specifications and resolve discrepancies
- Issue weekly post log spending reports for each client
- Enter information into the weekly sales reporting
- Issue weekly performance results and send to top management
- Manage monthly invoice data and upload into internal database Verify all invoice detail and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with accounting on the issuance of invoices and provide support documentation as required
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
- High School Graduate or 1 year business experience
- Minimum Experience required:
- Excel - Intermediate. Math background.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail. Interpersonal skills. Time sensitive awareness.
Equipment:
- Personal Computer
Financial:
- Preparation of financial documents Weekly Reporting
Internal and External Business Contacts:
- Communicate with affiliates and account teams. Sometimes direct contact with clients.
