We are seeking an Inside Sales Director who enjoy working in a fast paced multi-national team, enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
Position Summary:
The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales goals of 36 Inside Sales Representatives and maximizing transaction quality and volume by supporting the External Sales Team through the management of the Agent Development Team. Candidate will possess 8 years of previous experience in Telemarketing Sales and / or related field.
Responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures, and will be responsible for developing and achieving specific service goals and operational objectives, targets and quotas. The successful candidate will understand how to maximize store sales, manage agent attrition, while improving service quality. Key to the role is an ability and willingness to use performance management processes to lead the Agent Development Sales Team.
Requirements:
- Implement and manage internal sales process that drives and increases Intermex profitability
- Support our agents in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising marketing strategies
- Continuously focus on sales teams, managing metrics, KPI's by conducting daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings
- Manage and direct a team of 36 Sales Representatives that handle inbound and outbound calls
- Participates with business unit leadership to develop and execute sales strategy to meet business objectives.
- Maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manages customer base.
- Communicate and interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management
- Oversee and manage high performance teams and their personal development plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Management or related experience in selling financial and or consumer product goods
- Proven experience selling CPG or Financial products to SMBs
- Experience Managing 20 Sales Representatives
- Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic
- Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
