Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Manager:
· Manage and lead the IT service desk team
· Oversee the client’s hardware lifecycle and inventory
· Serve as second-level support for issues requiring assistance from the team
· Evaluate and improve processes and systems related to customer service
Required Skills for the IT Support Manager:
· 5 years’ supervisory experience in an IT support setting
· 7 years of diverse technical support experience
· Expertise in client operating systems, virtual environments, and SaaS Solutions
· Prior experience with device management
· Strong Windows background
· Prior experience supporting mobile and remote workers
· Ability to effectively multi-task and communicate with various stakeholders
