We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility.
Duties Include:
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily operation of the medical office, including scheduling and patient records management
- Develop and implement office procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Attend Partner Meetings and offer input, record and distribute minutes to the Partners
Staff Supervision and Training
- Recruit and supervise administrative and clinical staff, including medical assistants, nurses, and receptionists
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members to foster development
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee satisfaction
Financial Management
- Run Revenue reports and create and monitor up to date Cashflow reports
- Strategize office budgeting and manage practice bill pay
- Do accurate bookkeeping to ensure proper management of practice finances
- Calculate provider salaries based on productivity model
Patient Relations
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Implement strategies to improve the patient experience
Incentive Plan Management
- Learn and stay up do date on requirements for health insurance incentive plans
- Work with the incentive plan teams and office staff to develop procedures to ensure successful management of programs
- Attend all meetings as required for the incentive plans
- Perform Quality and Care Management reporting as required by the plans
Other duties as assigned by the Partners

Knowledge of Tandigm / QIPS / PEAR / PCF preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
