The Front Line Leader for is responsible for the supervision of one assigned shift of hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met. Also accountable for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have at least five (5) years supervisory or team leadership experience. Corrugated business industry experience is preferred. Manufacturing experience required. Flexible to work off shifts.
Demonstrated competence to work:

Proven strong leadership skills; able to motivate teams to exceed expectations.
Strong interpersonal and technical troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in MS Office and KIWI a plus.
Strong communication, planning and organization skills.
Ensure that quality expectations are followed and met on daily basis.
Ensure that minimum quality expectations are followed and met on daily basis.
Ensure best practices are being followed for minimization of waste at machine centers.
Track continuous improvement of under performing machine centers weekly and provide action plans for gap closure.
Ensure strict adherence to plant safety and housekeeping.
Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests for completion; follow-up as required.
