A. Overall Purpose of The Job
International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a high energy Recruiter located at our corporate offices in Houston, TX to help close deals! The Recruiter drives the full-cycle talent acquisition process from need identification and assessment to position closure for assigned work groups. This includes managing, prioritizing, and closing searches: engages in strategic meetings with hiring managers; develops position duties, responsibilities, specifications, and requisite skills; sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and guides the selection of qualified candidates for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions; and negotiates employment offers.
This position is a hybrid role working onsite and remote.
B. Key Responsibilities

Provide full life cycle recruitment support for a variety of positions ranging from entry-level to high level healthcare experts.5-7 years of experience providing recruiting support for both CONUS and OCONUS positions or corporate recruiting related experience.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on government contractor technical or specialized roles.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS.
Evaluate recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Experience & Qualifications
Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
- Experience working in SuccessFactors SAP, preferred or other HRIS/ATS systems.
- Working knowledge on using different sources of recruiting to include, but not limited to, social media, job postings, LinkedIn Recruiter, really, job fairs, networking within the industry.
- Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, State & Federal Labor laws, including FLSA etc.
- Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Must have strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls.
- Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever changing critical needs.
- Ability to suggest and implement improvements and be a positive influence within the organization.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
- Bachelor's degree and 5 – 7 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- 3 years of industry experience in healthcare is required.
- Experience working for a large multinational, matrixed organization. (Preferred)
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with proven ability to make decisions based on sound judgment.
- Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture.
