Logistics Coordinator
Looking for a FULL TIME Logistics Coordinator

EXCELLENT OPORTUNITY. We are an export company located in Doral, FL looking for an organized and motivated person with at least 1-2 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE in warehousing/shipping and basic knowledge in Logistics and International Commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Reception of merchandise in the warehouse

- Data entry – Accurately feed logistic control software/data base and order reception in company system
- Placing and follow up purchase orders to suppliers. Coordinate between Accounting and Sales possible problems with purchase orders in a timely manner (credit holds, change in pricing, missing technical information, etc.)
- Picking and packing orders in warehouse

- Keep the warehouse area organized
- Coordinate/arrange pickups and freights with carriers (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Trucking Companies and Freight forwarders)

- Prepare required documentation to complete Import/Export process.

- Assist sales team with freight cost estimates

- Provide accurate order status information to customers at all time
- Make and receive phone calls

- Filing documents

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 1-2 Years of work experience in similar positions (required)

- Full bilingual English/Spanish (Written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge in QuickBooks
- Drive forklift
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office in general) (required)
- Highly proactive and self-motivated

- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi task
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills

- Analytical Mindset

- Capability to respond 50 emails daily

- Ability to display professionalism and courteous at all times

- Great attention to details and accuracy

- Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS (preferable but not mandatory)

Starting Wage: $ 19.00/Hr (Benefits included)
REVIEW OF WAGE AFTER 6 MONTH BASED ON PERFORMANCE
