FUNCTIONAL ROLE
A Sheet Metal Foreman-Special Projects manages the day-to-day activities of the project while achieving lowest cost, adequate schedule, high quality and employee safety goals set by the Sheet Metal Superintendent and Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Position is assigned a company issued vehicle and is required to have a valid license and excellent driving record.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a minimum of eight (8) year's sheet metal fabrication, erection and construction or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS
Ability to use telecommunication devices while managing a job. Skills include but are not limited to basic navigation of a smartphone, answering calls and emails, completing daily communication forms, being able to access Interstate's Employee Resources, use certain applications to access field drawings, etc. The types of devices used typically include a smartphone, tablet and/or a laptop.
