Facility Maintenance Supervisor The Facility Maintenance Supervisor will supervise the daily operation of the MRF Facility. The Supervisor will directly lead and coordinate duties and schedules for Equipment within the facility. The position will also monitor all incoming/outgoing materials on a real time basis.  Responsibilities Manage daily operation of MRF Facility, ensures smooth operation of facility  Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures. Communicate with GM on opportunities to distinguish trends and recognize problems and implement plan of action. Coordinate with facility maintenance team on repairs to prevent downtime Follows and administers company safety programs by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings, facility inspections, and ensuring compliance to all OSHA  Administrative tasks including the processing of employee timesheets, and employee requests including vacation days, personal days, sick days and other leaves via HRIS.  Assists, collects, and completes all new hire paperwork. Trains and coaches employees on general safety policies, drug and alcohol program and proper use of assigned equipment, will administer corporate policies and ensure safety compliance. Required experience and skills 5 years’ experience in related field 3 years’ in the sanitation industry is strongly preferred Completion of relevant undergraduate degree or certificate program Ability to operate wheel loader, excavator, cranes, and trucks  Basic mechanical and technology skills Must have demonstrated leadership, problem solving and organizational skills and ability to maintain and promote a team work environment Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to walk around the facility  Work Environment Office and/or outdoor setting, times of sitting and/or standing may vary on a daily basis They will be exposed to noise and odors from trucks, machines, and materials They will also be exposed to hot or cold weather including but not limited to rain, snow, and wind
