The Relationship Banker will work closely with customers to assist them with their banking transactions and provide exceptional and courteous service. The Relationship Banker II will identify opportunities to refer customers to banking specialists and assist in solving customer problems appropriately and efficiently.
What you’ll do in this “A” Team role:
- Process a variety of routine and complex transactions for branch customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payment processing.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to refer customers to specialists in other lines of business.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems appropriately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Intracoastal Bank’s capabilities, educating customers whenever possible on alternate delivery methods and channels.
- Support Intracoastal Bank’s strong risk management culture through awareness, knowledge, and sound decision making.
- Ensure operational and financial safety and soundness.
- Leverage Lobby Management as a tool for managing risk.
- Active, engaged participation in daily quick starts and debriefs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to apply this knowledge to real situations and customer interactions.
- Escalate customer issues appropriately.

Requirements
What’s required of this role for you to join the Intracoastal “A” team?
- Twelve to 24 months of banking experience required.
- Ability to cross-sell products and services preferred.
- Experience being evaluated/surveyed by customers is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Must be able to work flexible hours that will vary depending on location.
