Key Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail combined with a deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery
- Experience in agile/scrum/sprint project management
- Expertise and usage of Wrike and/or JIRA tools for intake requests and project management is a must
- Organized, with effective written and presentation skills
- Ability to define and implement portfolio dashboard visuals and project data management
- Effective methodologies for intake requests, prioritization and portfolio planning
- Collaborative with technical and engineering staff, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Change management expert with successful track record of building team discipline that results in operational excellence and adoption
- Domain expertise with HR / People organizations, tools and application solutions is a plus
- Use of Mac apps (Keynote, Numbers), Quip, Slack, Box is preferred
- High energy, charismatic, and innovative with a sense of urgency
Job Description
- Improve how multiple projects in the organization are requested, prioritized, tracked and reported within an agile delivery organization
- Identify operational scenarios and document workflow processes (“as-is” and define “to-be”) for operational, portfolio management and project management excellence
- Establish best practices and playbooks for operational excellence, and ensure consistent adoption across the organization (handling P1s, reducing email comms by using tools, project statuses applied, downtime checklists, handoff to production support, etc)
- Map out all detail workflow tasks and data attributes definitions to ensure Wrike and JIRA setup align to streamline business operations from intake, prioritization, and throughout project management and provides reporting needed
- Assemble and summarize projects and roadmap information for visual dashboard and other updates shared with leadership and stakeholders communications
- Manage subset of projects in the overall portfolio, applying best practices and workflow defined above - Prioritize, define, manage and track development schedules and execution
- Effectively and consistently communicate overall project status, schedules, and roadmaps to all stakeholders and development team
- Proactively identify and prioritize project tasks and risks
Education & Experience
