The company operates in three business units, namely, Small Business & Self-employed Group, Consumer Group, and Professional Tax Group. The Small Business Online ecosystem solutions include Financial Management Solutions, Payroll and Time Tracking Solutions, Payments and Money Movement Solutions and Capital funding. The Small Business Desktop Ecosystem Solutions includes QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Pro for Mac, Desktop Payroll Solutions, Desktop Payments Solutions, QuickBooks Technical Support and Financial Supplies. In FY2018, the Small Business & Self-Employed Group generated revenue of ~$3B, and grew 18% YoY, accounting for 50% of the company’s total revenue.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and significant experience in complex, fast-paced digital environments. This individual will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry and can scale a high growth business. S/he will have demonstrated success in delivering products to market that are cutting edge and have proven business value, creating synergies across multiple product and services lines, and successfully developing and mentoring talent.

  • Seasoned product executive with 15+ years-experience ideally in a multiplatform digital environment.
  • Experience acting as the steward for an E2E product strategy for an entire organization.
  • Demonstrated success in executing a product vision and strategy. Experience launching new products and transforming legacy products to generate new revenue streams and drive positive ROI.
  • Experience in engaging and evangelizing product and domain area with external customers and partners in large forums.
  • Experience defining and executing strategic growth initiatives in large distributed organizations with quantified results for customers and the business through constant learning and experimentation.
  • Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a strong ability to execute and deliver bottom line results.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated blend of strategic thought leadership, analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication to consistently motivate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An accomplished presenter who can successfully articulate the vision, product and strategy, as well as the critical issues and priorities.
  • The confidence and agility to succeed in an entrepreneurial, ever-changing environment. The ability to think creatively and strategically to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Experience defining and executing strategic growth initiatives in large distributed organizations with quantified results for customers and the business through constant learning and experimentation.
  • Experience building strong teams and setting the tone for a high-trust environment. Proven ability to build, motivate, and mentor an exceptional product team to support growth.
  • Strategic thinker who can create and develop the long-term vision and is also a strong personal contributor with a desire to “roll-up their sleeves.”

EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree required.
