- Master Multi-tasker: Develop comprehensive HR documents (e.g., employee handbooks, compliance policies, job descriptions, training programs) while managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Researcher: Conduct thorough research and prepare insightful HR statements and reports for clients, ensuring all recommendations are supported by relevant documentation.
- Project Management Pro: Oversee and assist with the development of special HR projects (e.g., salary surveys, wellness programs), ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Client Champion: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing exceptional service and timely updates to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Administrative Expert: Perform essential HR administrative tasks (e.g., employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, compliance audits, disciplinary actions) with precision and attention to detail.
- Benefits and Leave Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs and leave policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with employees.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Marketing Maven: Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement, event participation, and content creation, helping to promote our brand and services.
- Organizational Guru: Keep physical and digital HR files organized and up-to-date, ensuring easy access and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Productivity Powerhouse: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and maximizing productivity through efficient work habits.
- Initiative Taker: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and take the lead on new initiatives to drive the success of the team and clients.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a Human Resources role with experience in compliance, employee relations, talent management, training & development, benefits and leave administration, and payroll processing.
- Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software tools.
- Social Media Skills: Experience with platforms and marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva, MailChimp, and others.
- Customer Service Mindset: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- Initiative and Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and a desire to grow into a leadership role within the organization.

- Most work is performed at our office but occasional travel will be required (must have valid Driver’s License)
- Work is generally performed Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime with some work assignments and deadlines that may require work outside of standard hours
