InTulsa is partnering with LEI to find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa*

Location : Tulsa, OK. This is an onsite position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK

Intro :

LEI is looking to fill a Business Development position that will significantly contribute to year-over-year sales growth and operational improvement through growing existing business, finding new business, and representing LEI within their assigned territory.

This role requires strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

How you will make an impact :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales objectives, market expansion plans, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Pursuing and growing the Enclosed Controls Product group is the main focus and responsibility of this position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Project Management, Production, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution of
  • sales initiatives and customer support.
  • Establish new accounts by discovering business opportunities and calling on new customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads promptly.
  • Expected to create and / or generate sales potential and leads.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of high-performance selling experience, preferably in the Enclosed Controls industry or similar.
  • Must be good at prospecting and closing.
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanical products (electric motors and / or pumps) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
