Invana Media Partners, LLC is a startup marketing company in Kalispell, Montana founded with a focus on helping new businesses of all sizes develop brand identity and cultivate a profitable market presence. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to develop, manage and help grow our operations. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, market research, and leading teams to develop and execute successful business marketing campaigns.
To be successful in this developing role with Invana, you will ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives. Ultimately, you will have a vision to increase brand awareness, increase market share, and exceed a client's expectations.
Responsibilities
•Develop client relationships, attracting new clients through advertising and referrals.
•Conduct and review market research to drive successful campaigns.
•Oversee strategic design, execution, and management of campaigns.
•Coordinate with leadership team on campaigns, content, and needs of client.
•Interview/vet employees; manage the growth of the team.
•Negotiate, prepare, and execute client contracts.
•Establish and monitor Invana fee schedules, understanding the competition and industry.
•Address client issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
•Oversee client billing and budgeting.
•Maintain records as needed for reporting.
•Track campaign results.
•Prepare performance reports analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
•Manage vendor contracts for operations and other ongoing services.
•Ensure on-time and on-budget projects.
•Lead and motivate team members from inception to completion of projects and campaigns.

Education and Experience Requirements
•Degree in Marketing or related field such as Communication or Business Administration.
•5 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, and Sales.
•3 years in a management role.
•Successful track record in marketing or sales.
•Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Good customer service skills.
Work Hours/Benefits:
