ABOUT YOU
You will join a team of talented individuals responsible for leading key pieces of business for our portfolio of clients. You will provide excellent client service, utilizing our company’s resources and effectively collaborate with people across departments to ensure work is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with clients about account related activities and provide exceptional service and support on projects, services, and initiatives
- Partner with colleagues to deliver integrated digital communication solutions from beginning through to completion
- Lead client conversations with confidence and maintain full control of the conversations
- Develop strong relationships with both our clients and your internal team members
- Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, contract scopes, pricing, and other client communications and correspondence.
- Participate and document discussions during client meetings.
- Follow up on action items from internal and client meetings.
- Work closely with Group Account Director on major client accounts.
- Understand our products and services as well as client strategies and business goals to ensure accurate project deliverables.
- Continuously grow your digital knowledge through personal development.
- Understand client billing and report monthly to finance department.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience working at a digital agency, marketing firm or on the client side with the ability to discuss real examples of executing on marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster optimal team and client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- A professional demeanor within and outside of the agency business. Our clients will Google you!
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
