Role: Program Manager--Crop Insurance
Location: Kansas City, MO (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
- 15 years experience as a Business Analyst with strong Crop insurance domain experience
- 5 years of experience working as a Program Manager.
- Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning
- Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model
- Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications.
- Excellent communication, client interfacing, and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- In-person
- Office
