Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Engagement Coordinator to join our marketing team. Inxeption organizes a large number of virtual and in-person events throughout the year. We’re looking for a highly skilled event coordinator and social media all-star to make these gatherings effective, cost-efficient, and most importantly, memorable. Locations: Cupertino, Chicago, Louisville, Atlanta, and Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
- Assist with virtual events, podcasts, and social media
- Coordinate at least 10 industry events a year
- Coordinate an annual off-site customer event per year
- Gain a complete understanding of the requirements for each event
- Research vendors and make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost
- Respond and resolve vendor concerns or questions via email and/or phone in a professional and responsive manner
- Confirm approvals for payment are obtained as per company policies
- Plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Gather sales enablement tools for events and work with graphic designer and content team to produce
- Attend and monitor events
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of event coordinating experience; experience assisting a SAAS company a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience managing budgets and expense tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in Google Suite, Word and Excel; Social Media experience a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Occasional travel required
