What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at InXpress?

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume
- Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
- Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
- Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process
- Close, activate and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Meet monthly quotas
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- May 2022 graduates encouraged to apply!
- Sales experience, sales internship or related experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree preferred, high school diploma required
- Effective negotiation skills and objection handling
- Ability to be coachable, work independently with little instruction and adapt to change
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
- Ability to listen, learn and implement strategies from our Top Tier training program
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
- Ability to leverage our strategic partnerships with DHL International, UPS and various Carriers to provide the best customized solution to meet and exceed our customers needs.
