Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience in Fast Food
- Must have considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Experience with managing inventory and full P&L knowledge
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to travel out of state for training
Responsibilities:
- Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
- Train and educate new team members to our culture, standards, and operations
- Supervise and guide kitchen culinary staff- cooks, dishwashers to ensure consistency with all food products
- Prepare and adjust schedule for cashiers, dishwashers and line cooks to meet demands of our customers
- Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling
- Execute all ordering and inventory management
- 100% accountability with the P&L-total food cost and total back of house labor cost
- Must be knowledgeable in training front of house employees as well as back of house
- Control costs by training and educating team members and fellow managers
