Community Choice is looking for an Account Executive who can provide Unexpectedly delightful member experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our existing members, and potentially new members.
What You’ll Be Rocking:
- Member Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members. Provide personalized service, understand their financial needs, and offer Unconventional guidance and support, by identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships.
- Sales and Cross-Selling – Promote and sell various financial products and services offered by the credit union, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance. Identify opportunities for cross-selling based on the member’s needs.
- New Member Acquisition – Actively seek new members by participating in outreach events, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives. Encourage individuals to join the credit union and benefit from its services.
- Financial Education & Consultation – Conduct financial assessments with members to understand their financial goals, challenges, and priorities. Provide guidance and recommendations on how the credit union’s products can help meet their needs. Provide educational resources and information to members about financial literacy, budgeting, and other relevant topics. Help empower our members to make informed financial decisions.
- Customer Service – Address member inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work towards resolving any problems that may arise.
This role will be held in Iowa for an organization that has an in-office culture, so relocation or local candidates will be welcomed. Base Uncapped Commission position.
Qualifications

- Strong drive to learn about UNbanking, and a solid understanding of financial products and service, in the ability to educate our members on them.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Someone who has the ability to work effectively in a customer-focused environment.
- Someone who is self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 1-2 years of sales or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
Salary : $16 - $18
