Iowa Home Care is currently seeking to hire an innovative Community Healthcare Leader to serve as our Administrator in Webster City, IA. This is an incredible opportunity to run a home health care region in northern Iowa and be a part of a growing sector of healthcare delivery.
This Position Is Responsible For
Implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Serving as an active participant, guide, coach and mentor for all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives necessary.
Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient outcomes.
Recruits, interviews, hire, and retains qualified competent personnel to manage agency operations and to provide services.
Fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
What Iowa Home Care Will Need From You
You will need to be a goal-oriented, achievement-focused professional with a servant leadership mentality.
Minimum of 2 years previous management or operations experience.
Education Requirements: Registered Nurse or undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration/Management, or other related field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
Ability to work above core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, especially during seasons of high growth.
