Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule with rotating Saturday's (every 4-6 weeks)

Premiere trucking accessory retailer, IOWA80.COM located in Walcott, Iowa at the World’s Largest Truckstop, is growing at a rapid rate and looking to expand their marketing team immediately! IOWA80.COM is looking to add talent to their customer service and sales team! 

IOWA80.COM consists of three divisions: e-commerce trucking accessories website, catalog, and a growing distribution center. We’ve been serving professional drivers since 1964. While many things have changed over those almost 60 years, working hard to provide the best possible customer care, and ensuring our customers receive a fair price, as fast as possible is still our #1 priority. 

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer care to thousands of customers from all over the world
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every situation, and provide a positive solution
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when available
• Respond to chat requests from customers and provide excellent customer care
• Navigate the Magento website platform to update online product listings
• Lend a hand in the distribution center from time to time

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer care setting is a plus!
• Track record of overachieving
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative!
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
