Job Description
- MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2017/19, Manufacturing domain experience,
- Apriso 2017/19/21
- Experience in Manufacturing domain (specifically discrete mfg.)
- Experience in Oracle 12c / SQL 2014
- Experience in JavaScript, XML
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019
- Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change requests.
- Create and execute Unit test Plan.
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues
- Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
- Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change request.
- Implementing fix / patch in the Development environment
- Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
- Raising a Problem report for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
- Coordin ate with APRISO for critical support on APRISO FlexNet Product issues (L3)
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
- Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES
- Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
- Contribute in Process Improvement activities
