ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Talent Management Support
Supports Talent Managers to prepare SAG-AFTRA and non-union talent contracts, with the necessary payroll documents.
Production Financial Management
Manages all finances related to production, including creation and reconciliation of estimates upon request, invoice management, payment inquiries and job status maintenance.
Intro to Talent
Learns the rules and regulations of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract, SAG-AFTRA Co/Ed Contract and nonunion talent implications.
Resource Management
Utilizes multiple platforms to perform daily tasks in addition to managing and updating internal tracking documents.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Management Support
- Responsible for coordination of talent projects for all assigned projects.
- Estimate sessions upon request.
- Manages usage trackers and advise parties of expirations and renewals needed.
- Processes talent session reports and contracts for payment in a timely manner and process invoices according to union guidelines.
Production Financial Management
- Communicates with Account and Finance to actualize and close jobs and manages client accruals on projects as needed.
- Partners with media companies or Traffic to receive weekly talent reports and input weekly talent advice in talent payroll platform for performer residual payments.
Intro to Talent
- Consults with Talent Management on project talent requirements.
Resource Management
- Maintains shared server with all appropriate documents, including a detailed job jacket to be referenced for audits and billing questions from Agent and Client inquiries.
- Maintains accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks, and a solid organizational foundation. They are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams or equivalent platforms, and have a working understanding of talent requirements within the context of an advertising agency.
