As an MSP Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the tech hero our clients rely on. Here’s your mission :

Your Duties :

Organization Maven : Keep things shipshape and organized.

Ticket Whisperer : Create and maintain detailed ticket notes like a pro.

Microsoft Troubleshooter : Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365 your turf.

Network Ninja : Tackle network issues (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points).

Cloud Connoisseur : VMWare (vSphere and Horizon), AWS, and Azure your playground.

Process Pioneer : Help us streamline and boost efficiency.

Documentation Dynamo : Maintain technical and end-user support docs.

Project Prodigy : Onboarding, installation, and upgrades your canvas.

Collaborator Extraordinaire : Work with our team, customers, and vendors.

Remote Fixer : RMM tools are your trusty sidekicks.

On-Site Explorer : Rarely, but when needed, you’ll venture out (less than 10% travel).
