We are looking for a competent Account Executive to help with our provided opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.
Our company is expanding like crazy! The software we have built is getting RAVE reviews and we need more people in our call center to help with our continued growth. We are looking for individuals who want to learn, hustle, and most importantly GROW!
Responsibilities
- Calling warm leads who have shown interest in our services
- Handling sensitive personal information including credit reports and soft prequalifying information.
- Present products to prospective clients
- Meeting Weekly/Monthly Sales Targets
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients during the sales process.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding funding process and program tools we use
Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Investigative and proficient in asking questions to solve problems
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Reliable & Dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Account Executives & Managers: 2 years (Preferred)
