Summary:
The Ideal candidate will have proven experience identifying, developing, and winning new business with high-net-worth families, family offices and their trusted advisors in the estate planning, asset management and asset protection spaces.
Experience:
- Conversant with concepts related to high-net worth families' asset reporting, ownership structuring and asset protection and trust structuring.
- Familiarity with pooled vehicle for investment structuring.
- Ability to communicate asset ownership, governance and transfer solutions as well as reporting capabilities and transactional services to different audiences.
- Creating and maintaining a network of referral business partners & intermediaries (i.e., lawyers, tax planners and investment managers)
- Flexibility to cross-refer/cross-sell other IQEQ solutions in other verticals (i.e. fund administration) and territories.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and win new client relationships.
- Creating & managing pipeline in the context of an agreed to annual new business targets
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Build/ develop referral network (private tax and estate planning lawyers, investments managers, CPAs) that lead to new business wins.
- Partner with IQEQ marketing team to further drive brand awareness that lead to more opportunities.
- Attend financial planning, estate planning and related industry events to build brand and solution awareness further.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Additional Information
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $190,000 based on skills and experience.
