We are growing and looking to expand our Bilingual Collections and Customer Care team. This is an excellent position with paid training and opportunities for growth and advancement.
This is the ideal position for motivated, accountable, and reliable individuals dedicated to delivering superior Customer Service by utilizing their problem solving and complaint resolution skills. This position supports the Company’s customer facing departments by communicating with customers, employees, and regulatory bodies via phone calls, email to assist with bankruptcy handling, written customer complaints, fraud prevention, application process, resolving past due amounts, and sales.
Associates will work individually as well as in a cooperative, team environment to define and meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Hourly Rate: $15/hour plus performance based incentive compensation potential of $400 - $1,200 per month.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to make quick, accurate and appropriate decisions.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and write clear and understandable instructions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team to achieve goals and identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing deadline driven environment while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing accordingly.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
- Hospitality industry experience a plus.
