Job Summary: Under general supervision, performs custodial duties and ensures sanitation control. Maintains offices, buildings, or plant facilities in clean and orderly condition. Sweeps, mops, polishes floors, removes trash, and cleans furniture. Makes minor maintenance repairs.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7am- 3:30pm; 1pm-9:30pm
Major Duties Responsibilities
- Performs general cleaning, such as: stripping floors, buffing, sweeping, dusting, mopping and scrubbing, cleans windows, walls, drinking fountains, chalkboards, and restrooms.
- Picks up trash on grounds and sweep entrance walks. removes trash from the building and places in containers.
- Cleans halls and replenishes supplies as scheduled. Assists with waste prevention or careless use of supplies, equipment and utilities.
- Maintains inventory of supplies.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
