IQuOLIOC is seeking a Residential Manager to work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director. A Team Lead will supervise up to 15 direct care staff within the program.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This is supervisory work responsible for coordinating and managing habilitative services in a site-based residential program with a team of up to 15 professional and paraprofessional staff. The employee will provide both administrative and technical supervision to paraprofessional level staff, including staff scheduling and documentation reviews. The Residential Manager is responsible for program planning, establishing priorities, implementing program objectives, and participating in various personnel functions. This role determines staffing of participants for the program, assigns cases to subordinates, serves as coordinator for staffing cases, and is responsible for program evaluation. The Residential Manager is responsible for ensuring that participant plans are effectively implemented by staff and that staff utilization and performance are optimized for the agency.
The Residential Manager will provide direct participant services. Direct participant services include skill development for participants with or at risk for developmental disabilities, delays, atypical development (emotional/ behavioral disorders) in the areas of gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language, self-help, and psycho-social development. Service plans are discussed and reviewed at staffing. Services are conducted in the residential facility and community focusing on activities and skills which enhance the development of the person. The Residential Manager may provide supportive counseling to parents, siblings, and care providers. Work may include other related assignments as determined by appropriate management.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Skills Required:
Leadership skills including managing a team of 15 or more people. Strong residential facility and program planning skills. Skills in administering service/habilitation plans and programs. Ability to train and supervise paraprofessional staff. Ability to evaluate and document progress and present to the interdisciplinary team. Ability to coordinate and instruct staff and family members to implement methods and techniques used in developmental disabilities and mental health field. Ability to establish rapport and relate to population served, families, and community agencies and groups, and a variety of service disciplines.
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma
Minimum of 8 years of full-time residential site management and professional direct care experience or qualifying combination of experience and education

Pay:
· Starting rate of pay is currently $17 per hour which includes the employee's regular rate of pay and a COVID-19 pay differential.
