- Accept full accountability and ownership of CDR-OMS product implementation, design and built out.
- Establish a strong understanding of product strategy and roadmap in working with Product management lead and contribute to roadmap from technology enable capabilities standpoint
- Responsible for providing technology leadership to engineering team to ensure product gets built based on defined specs and industry best practices in a timely fashion
- Responsible for working with marketing, pre-sales and solution implementation leads. Setting up labs, demos and soliciting feature and technology feedback.
- Work with Scrum masters, project managers and engineering leads to help articulate sprint scope in the context of product roadmap and help move ball forward in an agile, fast and collaborative fashion.
- Act as a technology SME and educate internal and in many cases external users about product capabilities, best practices in technology and software engineering management
- Responsible to ensure product is built in a modular, configurable and in a service focused way.
- Oversee design, engineering, testing and product release. Provide technology leadership in terms of making a feature release decision and provide hands on leadership to resolve post release issues.
- Ownership of collecting and help analyzing product KPIs. PIL will work very closely with Product management lead to achieve this goal
- Work with Product manager to plan future releases, new minimum viable products and manage GA roll out of product features
