We are looking for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Position Description and Duties:
- Generate sales in line with assigned Territory quota
- Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
- Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
- Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products
- Participate in all required training and sales meetings
- Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets
- Make sales presentations – individual, one-on-one, in-services
- Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, Details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable
- Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
- Participate or coordinate lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
Minimum qualifications:
- 5-10 years Pharmaceutical Sales experience required. 3-year Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales required. Some hematology experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Travel up to 50% of the time required
- Demonstrated ability to sell and educate with a clinical focus on patient and HCP needs
- Demonstrated track record of assessing account needs and bringing compliant cross-functional tools and resources to drive performance
- Demonstrated track record of solid business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills, as well as excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to analyze and draw compliant conclusions using sales data and call reporting applications
- Ability to advance and influence the acceptance of ideas while consistently following and supporting company policies
- Demonstrated level of proficiency with support technology (PC and CRM tools, Microsoft Teams)
- Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated

The potential base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $175,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
