Pay: Up to $27.00 /hourly (Depending on Experience)
HR Generalist Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Day shift
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, coordinating the interviewing, and hiring processes, conducting reference checks and onboarding
- Complete Payroll Status Changes to appropriately designate employee changes and movement
- Maintain current knowledge on HR trends, practices, policies and information for processing and employee education
- Advise the Director of Human Resources and hospital administration on system functionality, processes, issues, and ideas
- Support internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- At least a years’ experience in human resources
- SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
