Nurse Manager

A hospital located west of McAlester, OK is seeking a full-time, permanent, Nurse Manager in the mother & baby unit to join their team! Excellent culture, strong team, and great stability!

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 /hourly (Depending on Experience)

Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000! Relocation Assistance Offered!

The Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• The nurse manager in the mother & baby unit collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff to promote and restore patients’ health with day-to-day management and long-term planning
• Reports to the Director of Nursing and provides clinical and operational leadership of patient care with direct supervision of nursing and support staff
• This position provides clinical and operational leadership of patient care services with direct supervision of nursing and support staff

The Nurse Manager Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (MSN preferred)
• Current OK RN license or compact state
• Minimum of 3-5 years current clinical experience (5 years hospital setting preferred)
• BLS Certification
