The TRAVEL RN Case Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, travel, contract position

The TRAVEL RN Case ManagerQualifications:
- Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge.
- Acts as the liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
- Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
The Case Manager RN Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- RN licensure in the state of CA
- At least 2-years’ experience in clinical setting.
- Must have BLS certification
Location:
- 2 hours from Los Angeles, and 2.5 hours from Santa Barbara, CA
