OFFICE ASSISTANT
Full time: 40 hrs. Monday through Friday (not remote)
IRONSMITH, INC. is looking for a punctual and reliable individual who is motivated and enthusiastic. This individual must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. This position is at the Palm Desert Corporate Office reporting directly to the Design Manager.
Duties:
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
Greet visitors and notify appropriate personnel
Assist Sales and Marketing staff
Handle outgoing mail preparation, sample packaging, marketing materials etc.
Prepare Standard Product Quotes
Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Covid-19 Vaccination verification
Excellent communication skills including clear, professional phone presence and active listening skills
Reliable and accurate computer data entry.
Up to date computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and
Outlook and PDF editing and creation with Adobe Acrobat
Professional Email skills including; proper English usage, grammar, writing clarity
Basic math skills
Some college experience (preferred)
