Description
ISG is excited to bolster our team with an enthusiastic Employee Experience Coordinator. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to support our Employee Experience Manager and work alongside Aubrey Lantz.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Support HR Manager/Employee Experience Manager in completing employee reports; including internal team data reports, wage reports, PTO usage
- Responds to general HR inquiries both internal and external (i.e. Employment verifications, personnel changes, etc)
- Perform HRIS data entry including scanning and personal file maintenance
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as it pertains to employment – i.e. Labor laws, EEO, ACA, HIPAA
- Assist in bi-weekly payroll process and make corrections to employee timesheets when needed
- Assist Talent Engagement team with new employee onboarding procedures
- Verify employment eligibility – processes I-9, tracks and initiates updates as necessary
- Work with staff and managers to administer ISG policies (i.e. leave of absence, pay policies)
- Assist with benefits, enrollments, changes, and terminations for all benefit plans in a timely and accurate fashion
- Assist during the annual open enrollment period for benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of business experience, an understanding and knowledge of employee benefits a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficient using Microsoft office, specifically Excel
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet competing deadlines, handle multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
