Our services include specialty trades of insulation, fireproofing, painting / coatings, scaffolding & heat tracing.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter to help us grow in South Louisiana ( Baton Rouge area ). The Business Development Representative is responsible for sales and sales-related duties as defined in the job description and reports to the Director of Business Development.
Those duties include, but are not limited to the following : identifying new customers, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, and securing bid opportunities with both new and existing customers.
The Business Development Rep is a results driven, problem solving, strategic business partner who best represents ISO Services by understanding the needs of the customer and implementing strategies to exceed expectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Educational Requirements :
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Sales / Marketing, Construction / Engineering) preferred OR significant successful industrial sales experience in lieu of a degree.
Applicable Experience & Competencies :
Territory is heavily focused in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.
Position includes an excellent salary, annual bonus, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and a complete benefits package to include vehicle allowance.
