A Day in the Life of an Inside HCM Sales Representative
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll thrive as an independent go-getter coupled with all the tools necessary for ultimate success. In the HCM inside sales role you will have customers already on a portion of our platform that you are converting to full HCM users! This position will give you the opportunity to sell to companies of all sizes! With a smile on your face, you'll thrive running all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, to close your own sales. We have the products and services that Human Resource professionals need. Through the power of our remarkable Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services, you'll come to our clients' rescue. Job Qualifications:
- HCM experience preferred.
- 2 years of consultative sales experience and proven success.
- BA/BS required.
- Tech and SaaS savviness.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software.
- An energetic modern approach to sales.
- A creative and independent thinker.
- A desire to continually grow and apply new skills.
